Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).

Cancellation Policy

The property operates on a 24hour "Cancellation & No Show Policy" on all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non arrival by 1.00 pm one day before your expected arrival date will incur the full tarrif of the first night per room.

To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. If booking over the phone, no monies are deducted from your card until arrival. Online bookings are handled by a third party agent and may require a deposit of up to one night's tariff. We do not accept cheques.


Masks must be worn upon entering the reception area. We ask guests not to travel if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms, are awaiting test results or have been instructed to isolate by any State or Territory Government. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone in breach of these conditions without refund.

Security of your personal information

Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.

We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company or our direct contractors, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.

In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)

Damage to and Smoking in rooms

We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning.
This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of lost revenue.

No Party Policy

We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

A copy of these terms and conditions can be obtained from reception and are on display in each room.
